Does ERMA SWAP exchange or transfer money?

No. ERMA SWAP is an information app. It shows indicative rates and a converter. It is not a bank, exchange house, wallet or transfer service, and it never holds your money.

Where do the rates come from?

ERMA SWAP publishes indicative reference rates for each city’s local market. They are for reference only — the price you get at a cash desk or bank may differ.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get one 3-day trial. Live USD is open in the morning and live EUR after noon (Tripoli time). Other currencies stay listed but locked until you subscribe.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The app keeps the last rates it loaded on your device, so you can still open the board offline. It refreshes when you are back online.

How do I cancel?

LYD plans end after 30 days on their own — nothing to cancel. International monthly plans can be cancelled anytime from Settings → Manage subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Email supportteam@ermaswap.ly from the address on your account and we will delete it and its data within 30 days.
